Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
Lucid Consulting Group (Lucid) is an independent design studio working across Europe and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and with data protection laws applicable in the GCC region, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
1. Who we are (Data Controller)
The controller responsible for your personal data is Lucid Consulting Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Pawła Strzeleckiego 23, 65-012 Zielona Góra, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001202749, NIP 9292092113, REGON 543106519. For any privacy matter you can contact us at partners@lucidconsulting.pl.
2. What personal data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, company or organisation, email address, project region, sector and the details of your enquiry. Our hosting provider also records limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and access times in standard server logs, for security and operation. We do not run a blog with comments and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project or collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use your contact-form data for marketing.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, principally our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email provider, and only to the extent necessary.
5. International transfers
Because Lucid operates in both MENA and Europe, your personal data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence, including between these regions. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards so that your data remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable GCC data protection laws you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at partners@lucidconsulting.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest update shown above.
